FAQ

  1.  Has my order been dispatched?
    You will receive an email when your order is placed. This is your order confirmation.
    Orders will be despatched every 2-3 working days.

    We regret at this time we cannot provide dispatch notices or tracking information. If your order has not arrived please email us at info@everythingbuthim.co.uk


  2.  Can I return my order? 
    Yes you can return for a credit note or exchange of an item. Please see our returns policy for more information.


  3. My item is lost, what do I do?
    In the unlikely event that you do not receive your order, we will process an investigation with the courier. Please note it can take up to 2 weeks for this to be investigated and you will need to wait for the outcome. If it is confirmed that the order was delivered we will not be able to offer a refund. However, if the investigation shows the order has been lost, we will offer you a re-order (stock dependant), credit or refund.

  4. Can I return an item bought in a sale? No unfortunately sale items are non-refundable and only available to exchange for the same value or a credit note. Please note that due to stock clearance for our summer sale we are unable to accept exchanges for same value or credit note. All purchases are final during stock clearance sales.
