Please note we cannot accept returns without a fully completed returns form.

You have 14 days from receipt of order to return your items (excluding delivery)
All clothes are checked before they are sent out in post.
Returns should be in their original condition with labels attached.
Any evidence of wear & tear or any stains (such as fake tan, makeup etc.) will render the return void.
Your return will be processed as soon as we receive the items and assess the condition. This can take 10 working days to be processed.
We can only refund items if there is a problem with the item i.e it is damaged.
For all other returns we offer a credit note to the full amount or an exchange.
Please note this does not apply to sale items.
We accept no liability for damage incurred or lost parcels when they are returned to us.
Returns will be processed at your own cost using the returns information provided by us which can be obtained by contacting us through the website or emailing us directly. Exchanges are also processed at cost to the customer.
There will be no returns accepted on sale items. This decision is final.
Sale items are exchange only. Please note during stock clearance sales e.g our summer sale we are unable to offer exchanges. All purchases during stock clearance sales are final.
For hygiene reasons no refunds will be accepted on any of our accessories, swimwear, headwear, sunglasses or jewellery items.
